I don't know if this is a bit selfish, but I thought to write this article just about myself OR maybe, others just doesn't have balls to write about theirselves... etc Everybody might know me as inventor of finglish, maherism ideology, and friend of the purple bunnies. The Otherside might know me as sarcastic, short tempered and sophist guy. But nobody knows that I joined JA.net at year 2005 due to JA.net was the last place where I wanted to join in JK2, JKA world. Simply because I loved to mess around with clans and other smaller groups as a decent twisted teenager should mess around with things. Yes, I'm kind of veteran player on JK2 and JKA timeline, whohoo, yippie, I feel good and all that jazz. However before my times at JA.net, I was very arrogant and I was having "I know everything" attitude. It actually is quite funny how I felt pro at the past and for now, when I'm still here, after 5 years, I'm feeling like I still know nothing about JKA or anything. Anyway back to the subject. What made my mind to join JA.net then ? Again answer is very simply, Yuken Zalak. Against all odds and the sum of my mess as unbelievable as the story can be, Yuken made me to join in JA.net. By that time, I did hear stories from JA.net and at that time the exact description of JA.net was "JA.net is for nerds, arrogant egoists and stupid people who can't think with their own brains". Ofcourse I bought it all and I decided to discover around a bit. Well yeah, first impression was exactly as the description said and I vanished immediately. I even remember that I was very-pissed-off due to I wasn't able to remove my account, which was registered with false name Pela Aladan(Who was my padawan at JK2 but that's whole another story). So yeah good old Maher was back at JKA clan world again "permanently". Until... 2005 was still the magical year when I started my drinking habbit and due to some wonderful occasion, I thought to go and mess around a bit on classes server, if I remember correctly, at Janus class. Not sure if It was the staff class or strafe jumping class or did Janus cover some 3th's class, Setementor's class, but still It was Janus, who was teaching some class. However I remember clearly how impressed I was by Janus. The Whole class system, how you needed to type "*raises hand*" before you were given a permission to speak, the teachings and how the teacher handled everybody on his class. I got my first gamegasms! and right at the hangover day, I wanted to know more... Nowadays, at this point, I have met a lot of great people, I don't even dare to name them all because for sure I'll forget somebody and most certainly I haven't forgotten him/her for real. Kudos to great people of JA.net I have learnt a much of everything as for example how to be humble and how to get laid! Thank you http://www.thejediacademy.net! |
