I think this only works on a dialup modem (56Krap or 28.8K), but if you change the dialup number, like if you live in arvada co, and your dialup number is to golden co, switch it to denver co.

I found that if I use slightly different string, and a Heinz tin instead of a my inferior local shop brand, I can get a ping of 2. I estimate this to mean a throughput of more than 150 mbyte per second.
