Ok, I don't know if it's normal for people to post when they might be gone for a few weeks or a month, but to me it is seeming a bit wierd I want all your opinion on it. Personally I have disapeared from communities for months without saying anything or being very little active, cause if im very little active it shows by lack of posts or being on server, and every time I decide not to play the game for like two weeks ( which has happened an unbelievable amount of ties for this game ) I don't want to have to spam about me being away. I'm with tarpy on this one. When you are likely to be inactive for a while or even leave permanently, you will tell the people that matter to you. I don't understand why some people seem to feel the need to announce this to the world when most members won't even have a clue who they are. I personally don't see anything wrong with people making posts telling everyone if they are having issues in real life that need to be attended to, as well as anything else they may feel the need to take a break for of course. It stops me from thinking that someone just went inactive and gives me an idea as to when I'll see them around. It's nice to know what's up with someone than just watching them mysteriously disappear. Also, if it's a pretty upsetting issue that someone has to attend to, it's great to have people's support towards it. It's usually a good thing to cheer you up at those hard times.
