Hey-hey there. Well we had some fun today at Home, and we created a biiig big tower from ground level to top pillars, and i had the honor to take screenies of us (noone else wanted to). Naturally this lead to the fact that I, who took massive part in creating the tower, wasnt on the screenies, but thats not a problem. *runs away hysterically crying* As soon as i shall have the time and the opportunity, ill host the pics somewhere (ill do it on the next post just to tease ShadowSith, who hasnt forgotten to remind me four times at iRC, on server and at my profile to do it. Mr. Aratan, i admit that some of my actions may give me a look of a dumb, but believe me, I have tried many ways to enter, EVEN reconnect. And a correction: you cannot be charged again for an action where the court has already judged you innocent. This doesnt mean that you cannot be charged twice for murder one. And as far as my weak memory allows me to remember, this fact is only true in the anglosaxon judging system, not in the continental one (like the one in Hungary). As Mr. S'kray pointed out, I don't have to proove my innocence; you have to proove my guilt. As for administration flaws.... the trial was done in less than an hour. It is impossible to come up with witnesses and evidence (which I don't even need) in such short time. Now that I think about it.... what AM I on trial for? |

Ladies and Gentlemen, As I can see, Mr. Aratan has come up with evidence after our closing arguments. I will be pleased to see the screensots and listening to the statements of the witnesses, whose trustworthiness i will not doubt (I never wanted to), but since all these have arrived after the closing arguments, I'm afraid I have to object because of administrative flaws in the process. Mr. Aratan should have called for the postponement of the trial. For the truth is not the only important thing, so is the way how to seek the truth. Ladies and Gentlemen. After hearing the parties of dispute including their witnesses and reviewing the evidence the jury decides as following: Mr. Jacen Aratan, honourable member of the Jedi Academy, serving as a student is aquited for want of evidence. The accused does not have to proof their innocence but the accusant has to proof his guilt. Until Mr. Cossyc brings forward new evidence against Mr J. Aratan, the proceedings are closed. Both Mr J. Aratn and Cossyc are founded guilty of spamming and are inflicted with a administrative penalty in form of tieding up the Jedi Academy Home server. Reclamation against this finding is to be adressed directly to the Supreme Court, Mr. Massadoobie. Sitting of court is closed. P.S. Hello all!! I do have pics from our ladder success! I can email them to whoever needs it for I have no clue how to post them here! So please keep me informed. I can get the pics within minutes! What Jacen stated is correct. We did reach the top with our hands into the ceiling in an amsurrender emote. It looked like we were hanging from the ceiling! I can attest to the events that transpired during the ladder building episodes as I was present at BOTH during the commission of said ladders. As such, I am uniquely qualified to attest to the veracity of the aforementioned claims of ladder building success so bombastically espoused by the members of this thread addressing the court. If either counsel would like me to testify before this honorable court, please state so now. Although closing arguments have been stated, the court has yet to render a decision. Since the court has yet to promulgate a ruling, perhaps the judge would be inclined to accept the testimony of an eye-witness who is not a JAT. _______________ Part-Time Player (Weekend Warrior). Honourable members of the Jury. I did not attack Mr. Cossyc. I merely stated that ours touched the top and his didn't. It's a fact, nothing else. And what's more, Mr. Cossyc trialled me just to get me convicted, not for the sake truth. You can rest assured of that. And as to the proof part, as I have told you, I am unable to upload those screenshots which would clear my name for good. I can only direct you to SmilyKrazy who has taken some screenshots herself. Witnesses.... I have stated this several times, I have many witnesses. I have two JAT's and several students. But I can't work magic. I can't summon them to this court, not with so little time. Ladies and Gentlemen, Members of the Jury! I have come to my closing arguments, but I cannot stand to react to the infidel backstab made by Mr. Aratan. I state here and now, that i didn't attack the trustworthiness of Trainers and other members of the Academy. All i have said that i dont think that referring to them as an escape is the straight way. For my closing thoughts. All along this trial, dear and honorable members of the Jury, you have seen that I had to suffer attacks. From the beginning. Mr. Aratan says that their tower actually TOUCHED the ceiling at the map Advent2 in the elevator area. He stated this, but he doesnt have any visual proof OR witnesses. This means that what he says can be easily crushed. But i dont need to crush it, and neither do you, honorable members of the Jury. This statement, built on a wrong statement - we can call it a LIE - shall crush itself. I lay the responsibility and the honor of decision to you, but i am sure that you shalt do the right thing. Honourable Jury members, he is trying to confuse you now I'm afraid. His calling high-ranked witnesses a tool for confusion is a direct attack on the integrity of those people. He is basically saying that you cannot trust these witnesses, and that is an attack on Luke Skywalker and La Magra. Can you really trust a man who is trying to attack respected JAT's? I am afraid I cannot give you direct evidence now, as I am stopped from this due to computer-avaibility, but I promise you, tomorrow I will upload those pictures for you to see, so please don't judge so soon.
