Okay, here's the deal; Over the past few weeks we have recieved alot or reports of laming and various rule breaking incidents on the Servers. A short list of some of the offences are as follows: Laming Disrespect to fellow Students and to JAK+ Not paying attention/causing disturbances in Classes Weaponary being used outside of the Fortress FFAs/Duels all over the map, such as the Courtyard, where people spawn into the game NPC exploiting (IE, Spawning too many and/or luring them outside of their designated spawning rooms) Disrespect to Vladarion's Memorial (Attacking it, mining it, jumping on it, fighting near it) Alot of these cases are coupled with arrogance, ignorance and sheer disreguard for others and for the rules. This stops here and now. I have locked down the entire Map on ALL JA Servers, Students no longer have access to the following areas: The NPC Reborn Room The NPC Droid Room Vladarion's Garden The Fortress I apologise to those of you who actually follow the rules and behave respectfully while on our Servers, but this has to be done to make some of you realise that you must obey our Rules or you will have these kinds of privelages taken away from you, recieve warnings and eventually, be banned from the Academy. All Students must read the Rules before joining any of our Servers for the first time. This "Lockdown" will stay in effect untill we see some improvements in peoples behaviour. If you have Enrolled in a Class that needs to make use of any of these areas, your Instructor will unlock them for the duration of the Class only. So, start setting some examples for yourselvs, have a good time, follow the Rules and this lockdown won't last long. yes its me the guy who has the most fun here. just saw this again and thought to myself...self post here to let people know how much this takes away from the fun...so here it is. dont ruin the fun for everyone else. they actually have public laming servers available for this type of thing. if your bored with the servers and feel they have become "hum drum" then find me on the servers if im there and we will find the fun together. please we all know it is just a map and they are just "things" in the map,but, these things that are here, are here for a very sentimental reason and were constructed out of love and respect for "us" so lets be picky about what fun we are having and where it is happening. this all starts and ends with you guys so lets pull together and be the ones who give new meaning to the words "good fun". thank you for your help on this guys and as always YOU GUYS RULE!!!! I once heard someone say, jokingly, "It's easier to ask forgiveness than to ask permission". As funny as this sounds, it really isn't practical. I also read somewhere here that offenders should come forward and a lesser punishment will be taken against them. Well I'd better come forward: I wanted to come back to the Academy to be among friends, but my natural, mischivous nature got the better of me. But I never disgraced the Memorial or mined anything or talked bad to a JAK, JAI, JAS, or JAC. I'm very sorry for disreguarding the firm rules of the Academy. You will not see me breaking them again...'cept maybe against Sauce, cuz, you know, its Sauce! --Arina D'Kana-Antillies P.S.
