Ok folks its in place. Just to make sure we're all on the same page all students recieved points for their current rank (eg all learners have 5 points, jmen 12, etc). All people with current pending trials got the number of points needed for that trial (to be fair  ). Here's answers to a few questions I got:
Those are the main points that were brought to me. I want to reiterate that this is a minor minor thing. We're not here to trial. We're here to learn from each other and churn out skilled, respectful JK2 players. Rank is the icing on the cake. Have fun out there and keep up with the learning!

ppl... JATs can give you points... ANYTIME! even for private lessons.
and surge, if you are a jman, that means you have 12 points. you need 20 for knight. so 8 more. when you get to 20, you will need 3 JATs to recommend you to the council. if you think 12 points is unfair coz you took waaaay more classes, then talk to dj or someone... they might give you some more. _______________ make install -not war This comment was edited by Bubu on Jan 13 2003 04:40pm. |

thats an addition. you have to get 3 nominations AND 20 points. oh, and DJ: only those who have the needed points get in the trials page right? so we can just keep trialing and checking the page as usual, yeah?

Oh yeah. I want to thank Bubu. He found a bug that I missed when I was changing the profile page scripts, which made a pretty nutty exploit possible. It got fixed within a few minutes, but there's a .1% chance that you may have lost comments on your profiles. For that my apologies.
