Possible? I'm pretty sure, but I think the recruitment is based on trust and friendship rather than a skill trial. Yet, I wouldn't know it to the last word, being the newest member and all.

I generally prefer single saber, but have been known to use duals from time to time, and once in a very great while, staff.

Well, here at the Jedi Academy, we play the games from the Jedi Knight series. Right now, mostly Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, and you can sometimes catch a few people on the Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast server, especially now that there's a JKII Tournament going on.
So yeah, we play those two games, have a heck of a lot of fun, and learn on the way .

Hmmm thats a bit of a tough question. I'm going to assume you mean here at the JA?
I dont think there is any SURE way of becoming a JAM (Jedi Academy Master) to be honest, It takes alot of time, commitment and luck i guess. All i can tell you is my own experiance i guess. I was in the JA roughly 8-12 months before i was offered the opportunity of sitting the JAK trials. After succesfully passing the trials and becoming a knight i taught 6-7 classes a week and trained my own padawan during this time i was also the captain of the JAA. I was later offered the rank of trainer where i continued to teach classes and mentored a couple JAK. It was only a year ago when i was offered the rank of JAM. TO be honest, never aim to become a rank. Just look to learn what you can and have a good time. There are many people here at the JA and only very few ranked possitions. Sure enough, if your good enough you will be asked to join our team, but bare in mind all ranks are not about rewarding how good you are, but instead are there for you to offer your services to the community. I. - Ask a JAK+ to be their Padawan.
