Yes, you read it right. We will have a prom this year. 
The prom will be held on Saturday, 19th of July, beginning at 2000 GMT and will go until about midnight. As is now customary, we will all gather in the main #jedi-academy channel in IRC, where the link to download the map will be broadcasted before being announced on the website. Like last year, the map will not include any music. The music will all be done via JA Radio to provide you with a large variety of music to party with. We will announce the mystery DJ along with the map download link just before the prom starts. A big thank you to Rin Mintaka who built this years prom map.
Please try to make the effort to be there, it'd be great to keep up the recent activity we've been seeing. PS. A little teaser to whet your appetite, the prom skinpack.

Darn, I should have looked at your replies sooner. I missed it... Ah well, I don't have the game installed on any of my PCs anyway.

Did the prom happen tonight? I wish I had noticed this earlier. The first time I've been to the JA in years and I just miss an event by a couple of hours. On another note, it looks as though there is still a thriving community with great people here.

Ironically, something came up and I'll probably be missing the whole thing, or at least the majority of it  . Anyways, I hope you all enjoy yourselves, and I had loads of fun making the map. Be sure to have some Lando Times for me! WOOHOO!!!

Sounds good, sry you cant be ther johauna Hope to see yall there, so we wont use last years map again sad, because it was so good lol. Hope we can have another crazy Vehicle fight at the end again lol. Also, could someone explain to me if that is 2:00 gmt or 20:00 gmt. I'll try to make it but depending on the day I wont be able to at all or I will have to install JK3 and a load more stuff all over again to make it.
