Just as a note: This class is either held on IRC or MSN. The IRC channel: #ja-mappingclass will be used for the official class times. If however, you've been unable to come and happen to catch me or Urded on MSN (or IRC, or whatever), you are free to ask, and we'll teach you what you missed. But, please don't enroll just so you can make up the class later. But you are free to tell us that you want to come and can't make it. We'll keep that in mind, and when you see us, you are free to ask us to teach you. But if you know you can't come, don't enroll, as simple as that. I will be covering for Urded again Also, I'll be teaching: Buttons (if Urded hasn't already, I'm not sure at the moment) Simple door frames (the sequel  )and if time remains: triggers (simple ones, like opening a door) EDIT!!!! Oh, I just had a nice idea. I'll try covering frequent bugs today as well. This could come in handy when making your own map and I would like to stress: If you sign up, please SHOW UP!! It's VERY annoying to have many people signing up, but then not showing up Also, if you have missed any previous classes, and you do not have any previous knowledge, then please attend our next set of classes. When we're done with our basic classes, we'll start teaching all over again, so please join us then. mIRC is free, download it at www.mIRC.com, its the trial version, even when the time runs out though you can still use it for some reason though. |
