This is a intermediat-advanced movement course.
Before attending to this class; make sure you have a basic knowledge of the concept 'movement'. I suggest you at least attended Setementor's 'Jumping Essentials' before enrolling in this class. The objective of this class is to further devolp our abilities in the aspect movement in a fun way, learn the mechanics about how to perform those tricky jumpse and how to effectively use our movement to OUR advantige.
