What I'm trying to say here is that the laws in the states are inflexible and inconsiderate. These are just two examples. Laws should be created to protect the people, but in these cases they clearly not work fully as they are meant and should be changed. Also the state officials should take the situation into consideration. No law can take every possible situation into consideration. Take the example of the guy helping his friend repair the roof. The state officials didn't need to issue a "cease and desist" order. They would have used their brains and tell the man owning the house to report to them if his friend demanded any compensation or payment. _______________ 362 Ohi on! |

Its just our gov. period. In America they have a saying. And I think it's out gov's favorite."Do what I say, not what I do." Now if it was the Senator's house, there wouldn't be a problem! They's say "OK, sorry to distrub you Senator." and be on their way. I think the Gov is aloud to project their authority WAY inside the boundries of other ppl's life. Like the seatbelt issues. Ahhh, the last time I checked, That was MY car and my life. When they start making my payments and paying my insurance, then they can tell me what to do in my car. So until then they can keep their #$%^#@$ eyes on their donuts.
