Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game. Or you can attach any genre to the MMO label, like MMOFPS (Massively Multiplayer Online First-Person-Shooter). An example of this? Well, Everquest or Ultima Online is the classic example of an MMORPG, and Planetside is the only example I can think of an MMOFPS. Whats it like? Well, for Planetside at least, imagine playing Halo with at least 1000-3000 people on at any given time. Yes, it is insane.  _______________ I'm crazy, not stupid. |

Guys...of course there is a star trek MMORPG... MMORPGs are in MY opinion the best thing that could ever get onto your pc (besides my self-written worm-like hybrid virus which imma let spread to destroy the internet lol) ...its like THE gamemode...i like it a lot and im sure many, many, many ppl agree with me on that one. Now lets have a look...everyone loves MMORPGs...so on what topic would we base our MMORPG, so that ppl actually buy, love and play it? Which storys and environments do have the most fans?What films were watched, discussed and loved the most?Where do we have hardcore (nearly freaky) fans which altered even their behavior after watching one of those films? The choice wasnt a hard one i guess... The reason why ppl would actually pay MORE for SWG then for (ie) Anarchy Online is the reason that it actually is based on the SW universe (which everyone loves =P) So...to satisfy many very big fan communitys, the developers made a serie of MMORPGs to squeeze the money of those ppl easier...to ensure that everyone somehow gets involved into such things (and pays a lot too) I think its a bit sad to see whats going on lately...or what has been going on...in fact, i think its more sad to actually notice all of this... Nevermind... Even when they produce a "Masta´s World MMORPG" , i wont buy it...and i wont play it neither (its a difference =P) Ill keep my hands off such things...they are dangerous and can eat you alive...wuah x_x _______________ Find out more about the Jedi Academy Aurochs here and more about Masta here!
