Georgy says in EPII a jedi may no love. So how did the jedi survive?

Well most of the EU has been written before Episode 2. And there are certain cases where Jedi have been allowed to marry. Shmi wasn't Force sensitive, so you probably don't have to be Force Sensitive to have children that are. http://www.starwars.com/community/askjc/jocasta/askjc20020124.html Go there as well.
