WTF!!! You don't know what CS is?!? Have you been living under a rock?!? Hehe, well, it's a first person shooter, terrorist against counter-terrorists. Not much more I can say, you gotta play it to understand. If you have Half Life or a HL cd key, you can play it for free.

Thanks. But when i open steam, it chacks for updates, cant connect then closes itself. Help please as im getting CS withdrawal symptoms, shaking hands and compensating by playing more JKA.

Nah ur not, its ok. You don't need Half Life installed to play. All you need is your cd key. Then, you open Steam, go to "Browse Games" and at the bottoms there's an option for "Register a product I already own" or something along those lines. Then, you put in your cd key, and bam, you can download Counterstrike from the browse games list, under the second tab, I forget what its called, I don't have Steam installed anymore right now so I can't check. But it's there, just plain CS, not CS:Source or COndition Zero.

Arg, I have a prob with steam. Did a HL reinstall after trying 1.6 no steam version (didnt work lol) buy now its screwed up HL so when i connect to steam it says it cannot connect to the server. Anyone else with problems with steam? or how i can fix this?

Okay, well, to make one thing clear, we are no longer the JA Raiders, but merely ja.cs, or JA Counterstrike. And, Sfire gave us an awesome forum on the same network as the site. Thanks though CuZzA, I mean, it's basically the same template and all, but the one we have now has been specifically customized tonight and is rawkin!

Btw, Rosey, Sared, 3th, you three are now added to the roster
