There used to be a Looney Tunes cartoon where a wolf and a sheep dog (I think) would fight all day. At the beginning of each cartoon, though, they would punch a time-clock like people going to work. Then at the end of the day they'd return to the clock and punch their time cards again. The instant they were "clocked out" for the day, they'd stop fighting. Think of clans in the JA that way. The wolf and the sheep dog are welcome here, and nobody asks them to stop being the wolf and the sheep dog, but while you're here, you're off the clock. _______________ My signature is only one line. Well, I agree with Grad that we don't have to jump on newcomers because they are not informed of everything. However, as a friendly reminder, do not *forget* to read the rules, and even try to re-read them from time to time, just to make sure you know them. Now concerning the present talk, here is what the rules say about clans Quote: The Jedi Academy is clan neutral ground. We are a place to hang out; clan activities (recruiting, clan wars, etc.) are not to be held within the Academy. So to summarize what was said, you are allowed to wear your clan tag/name, we have no problem with that, however, no clan related activities will be tolerated in the JA, may it be on the forums or the servers or IRC. Well, the Academy, like Berethor said, is not a clan We're an organisation that provide a friendly player environment for those who wish to learn the games ... Also, Clan recruiting is not allowed. nor is it allowed to hold Clan matches on the Academy servers.
