...she did not hear from Delta about the site...until after she posted a set of provocative photos of herself in her Delta uniform. Quote: The site was so popular, in fact, that in the beginning of September, she started looking for businesses willing to buy links or ads on her page. One of those she approached was Delta. She said she believed that is how Delta management found out about her site. Uh, yeah, that would do it! Sheesh. Quote: Ms. Simonetti has filed a sex-discrimination complaint against Delta with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and is threatening to sue Delta for $10 million, claiming other employees, primarily men, have their photographs posted on the Web in uniform and are not fired for it. I think she has an excellent point but...ten million dollars? Wrongful death lawsuits don't collect that much. Oh, and here's the link to her blog, which is funnier than ever since Delta fired her. I especially like that Delta fired her because they thought her web page was bad publicity, and now they've stirred up a hornet's nest with pretty much everyone on her side. [edit/addendum] Here's the link to the "provocative" pictures, which are provocative, sure but hardly what you'd call racy or offensive.
