star wars books are excellent. by far the best are the thrawn trilogy followed by the continuation of the thrawn storyline by Timothy Zahn. recommend those to any Star Wars fans. New Jedi Order series is excellent and so are the X Wing books for somethin a little less Jedi focused. A really good academy style book with the path of becoming a Jedi described in detail is I, Jedi. Yeh I liked it, I just read The Final Showdown, and yes I know its a kids book, so I'm a big kid who is'nt. Anyway I thought it was prety good, for a kids book. By scholastic.
