I didn't catch it anywhere in that stuff, but we did do reports on these disasters in my design class this summer. One group did do Bhopal. The accident was not caused by an employee was not flushing a pipe. It was a disgruntled employee sticking the hose into a pipe as he was leaving his shift. This wasn't the first time they had a disgruntled employee do it either. For anyone who doesn't know what the Bhopal tragedy was - WARNING: Graphic description not suited for those easily upset. http://www.bhopal.org/whathappened.html A true tragedy, for which those responsible have never been brought to justice, and probably never will; such is the nature of the capitalist world we have created. Does anyone else get slightly angry reading this?
