Did you download the correct Dedicated Server package for Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy from here? Jedi Academy now has a patch which can be found here. Both jamp.exe and jasp.exe should be version 1.011 and the Dedicated Server package should be 1.011 also, unless you'd like to run the older version of the game on your server.
