I think that if you buy a gun illegally, and start shooting with it to bottles or something, the police'll lock you up for ilegally buying it and not having a permit, NOT for shooting it. To begin with the person would actually need to obtain a gun. If a person acted in RL as they did in GTA there is a very high chance they would be beaten/shot. And the people who were dumb enough to think a game IS the same as RL and the parents who are irresponsible enough to let such a dumb child own a PC/console should be punished. Children should not be punished for buying/playing games underage, its only natural with the huge amount of advertising and hype over the games and the amount of publicity it was surrounded by. The shops likewise cannot be blamed with the proliference of fake ids AND the fact parents and friends help underage children get teh games. It is the fault of the parent for being irresponsible enough to let such a naive child obtion and play the game, it is no secret what the GTA games involve, as its obvious from the boxes and ads. when i was walking through gta: vc my little brother (he was 8 years old) came in to room and just laughed when he saw ppl flying coz of my fast car , ppl without heads etc. games are for fun. well if ppl plays them for money... thats another thing. i think only people who cant understand games can create such laws... _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february.
