The Importer goes into Scripts and the Exporter goes into the Plugins folder.

If I get it right, both the importer/exporter plugins go into the Gmax - > Scripts folder, as well as the JK2 Editing tools file?

You don't need the internet to use it, but you need the internet to download it and follow Virtue's tutorial (unless you save it to your computer).

Do I need to have an internet connection to run Gmax, or can I run it even w/o a connection?

well the only point of building your own saber hilt is for yourself :)
nobody will see it , you can only show it by screenshoting it so...
hmmm im not looking at hilts much
so i could even be without one :P
just saber beam :D
well ofcourse if ppl could see it... :o
dunno what i wanted to say but i know for sure - this cant be done :/

That is not true at all. If you put it on somewhere like pcgamemods or jk3files many people will get a chance to use it or see it. If it is a pretty good one it might even get put on the JA servers.
