So i played the Beta and am hooked, just pre-ordered and am currently working with our own Cloakedthunder and some personal friends to try and start our own faction, or at least crew within the badass faction we were in, (we were in a faction in the beta)(oh yea faction=clan) so just tryin to get a head count of whos gonna play. -=I can only show you the door. There are many different types of fighting, most people start out and become a martial artist, but as you go up in level the most powerful of classes is the hacker, simalar to spells in other mmorpgs. I myself am a spy who sneaks up on people, and do moves such as a kick in the balls or a body slam. But the martial arts interlock works as a turn based, you have 4 basic moves, speed, power, grab and block, speed doin the most damage and least tactics, power havin less than speed but more tactics, grab least damage more tactics, block no damage most tactics and recovers u from states placed on u in combat such as dazed, or staggered, you also have an array of specials specific to the tree u decide to go down, for example, i have 2 different martial arts trees, Kung fu and aikido, kung fu specializes on speed hits and has its own specials, aikido specializes on grab moves and has its own specials, so i have a multitude of attacks wit different tactics to throw at someone, and the right combination version there moves will get you to do some jaw dropping, i just whooped ur arse moves, so yea, there def a skill system, cause i just whooped on a guy who was the same level as me, without a scratch  _______________ Come on now, every Generation X boy wanted to be Luke Skywalker. It almost looked like player vs. player according to the commercial. Is this right? Also, how is the fighting? I love the fighting in the movies and the game fighting looks pretty nifty too. I would love to get involed in a game like this. Sounds like it might be alot of fun but I don't have the time or money to invest into it. Lag is gone, NPC's in missions are hard but nothin a skilled fighter cant handle, and if you we're playin just for missions...ur missing the whole point of the game, missions are done for exp and info only, except the story based critical missions, so yea, beta is different than retail, and the low levels are no way near as fun as when u reach the higher one, im 38 now, and im bout to get three front kicks on my kung-fu tree. I was on both of the beta servers. The concept was fun but the game was a failure in my opinion. Most of the problem I had was that the missions were way way way way way too easy, the enemies were often disperpotionally hard, and the lag was god awful. _______________ I must not fear . I'm not saying its a bad argument im jus stating that its mentioned alot. IMO, the sub costs is there for a reason, they need the money to maintain the servers activeness and funkehness, keep the 'story' rolling, keep players coming back and not getting bored. About the devs making more money part. If they dropped the sub charges, tbh, i'm not sure if that would make them earn more money.
