Uh... what do you mean by "host"? If you're looking for a place on the Web to put files you've created, try Brinkster, Geocities, or even ask DJ Sith for a little bit of space. Windows Media Player, as the name implies, is a program for Windows that plays media files. That's it. No editing, no hosting.

It's not all a demo. First they record a demo. Then they fire up Fraps (don't have the url on me, Google can help) and record a bunch of different videos of the same demo from different camera angles and stuff. THEN they toss those into their favorite video editing program and have a fair go at it.

That depends on the Program. If it doesn't allow you to record it all under one filename, do it under several, then combine them in the correct order.

I'm sure they do it in scenes. By this, I mean that each Angle change is probably a move to another scene. They obviously can't just change the Angle to different areas very fast, so they stop the film to allow both the camera and the people to move places and get everything set up.

People use this method in Real Life, too. :)

does anyone know how to get the camera styles needed E.G.
*stormtrooper about to be shot, game speed slows*
ahhh!
*dives for missile launcher, grabs it,THEN the camera angle changes to where you ar in front of the stormtrooper and shoots missle, then you get this camera behind the missle*
also....
do you know how to move multiple stormtroopers?
ok E.G.
*2 stormtroopers and 1 commander come together to talk*
ST1:what should we do?!?
*ST1 turns to commander*
*ST2 turns to commander*
(not at the exact same time)
Com:well,RUN!
*all run same time*
ok done with E.G.
how does the producer achive all those different camera angles and multiple ppl controlers?

EDIT: this movie is also on a windows media player file, how could i convert?
P.S.i dont have to convert!
EDIT:spelling:P

You'd have to record over the demo with your own voice. I'm not sure what program to use. Ask Silkmonkey, he's done it quite a few times.
