hm sounds familiar ? I browsed around the net recently and stumbled upon some build-engine remakes. I thought I'd post them here, just, you know, fyi. Duke3d W32 - this is a fileshack link to the duke3d w32 package. its just 1.3MB in size, but its duke nukem 3d. you will need the duke3d.grp from the original game (or demo), however. I tested it out yesterday, its soo nostalgic!  also, duke3d multiplayer guide has a direct link to the W32 port, w/o nasty fileshack stuff There is another port though, with openGL accelleration and nicer textures and stuff, like JonoF's Duke Nukem 3D Port Quote: This is the home of my port of 3D Realms Entertainment's Duke Nukem 3D to Windows using my port of Ken Silverman's Build game engine. It is work in progress so that means it might crash and burn and be unstable. There is also a high-resolution texture pack floating around, located here. on the same site is a "patch" for shadow warrior, since its based on a very similiar build engine. Blood, which is based on a yet similiar build engine has been re-coded as "Transfusion", using a heavily modified Quake1 engine. Transfusion Project Homepage Transfusion is multiplayer only, and its heavily violent (as the title might imply), but tons of fun. hehe, I gotta download that hi-res pack too. but I really look forward to shadow warrior. the "test" release looks pretty promosing already. Yea im at the end of ep2 atm. Its awesome...and the high res pack makes it even more awesome!
