BLEH!!! ROSE sucks monkey eyeballs! And I don't know if you realize this or not, but free online games, you download them off the internet. You can expect over 5 hours of download and much more, or little less, of the simple download itself. You know what can happen then? The .rar can be corrupted (I am a victim of such, use Save and do not Open With...) The install can take a long time as well, though not as long as the download. Oh, and if you use dial-up, expect 3-7 days at least. _______________ slorp |

Knight Online is good for a week-3, then it gets extremely boring. (Though, I hear that it's not free anymore.) Neverwinter Nights has lots of player-made gaming worlds, it ish te r0x. _______________ slorp |

I'd go for Guild Wars.. its out now as far as I know. Alternatively try a trial account from anarchy online, I think its still on for that full 1 year do. Download the engine, and bobs yer uncle.. or antie.. Guild Wars doesn't have monthly fees, but you DO have to buy the software. That's about the best I can give ya, sorry. |
