I just got this for Xbox, wow it is the sickest game I have ever played, better than KOTOR! Im tell you get this. It has some of the same features like the meter to show if your good or bad, and you get to choose what you want to say, and all of your compaions have a story to tell and a purpose. But its diffrent because the actions alot better, I personly didnt like the fighting in KOTOR (and no I dont wanna know your opionon thats just how I feel) In this game you acctually fight with staces and combos. maybe ill put this on my christmas/ birthday wishlist. I didn't like KOTOR the exact reasons of what jade empre has that KOTOR does not. Harmonic combos are totally different than just chaining a few attacks together; many (most) people say they're the only way to beat it on Grand Master difficulty. I did it in, i think, 17 and a half hours... not quite sure on that, i'd have to go check. And yes, the story is really amazing, ending included. My brother was watching me (he had already finished) and there were some minor inconsequential things that were different, and the fact that there are differences in the ending that don't matter is cooler than big different endings, in my mind. edit: though yes, there are also big ending differences, in case you were worried... _______________ Well then. The fightnings diffrent because there are things like Harmonic combos where if you hit the A button enough times it will compelet a combo, and when someone blocks you need to use a specail to break through it by presing X and when you want to roll or jump over someone you hit B and theres focus by hit Y. Then you can spend your Chi to heal, and use Chi attacks. And theres diffrent styles that have diffrent effects on diffrent creaturs. Its really deep. X-box only-- it has to be, 'cause Bioware tweaked the game engine to exploit all of the x-box's little quirks, and it couldn't run quite so well on any other system. _______________ Well then.
