Satellite channel UKTV Style is to stream a new reality show called Watching Paint Dry on the internet. The show, which the television channel says could bring about the end of reality TV, will be available 24-hours a day on the web. Viewers will be able to watch a different kind of paint dry on an empty wall each day. They'll also be able to vote for their favourite paint. The producers came up with the idea after deciding they'd rather watch paint dry than see another reality TV show. UKTV's head of lifestyle Nick Thorogood said: "Every other reality show is full of boring drips so we thought that we would go one step further." Watching Paint Dry is available from midday on Friday on the UKTV Style website. _______________ - Even if Carlsberg made "w*nkers", Christiano Ronaldo would still be the biggest "w*nker" in the world |
