All those connections to the original trilogy sometimes seem a bit contrived though. Like Chewbacca appearing for five seconds, meeting Yoda. Gee, it's a small universe! "You killed my father!" you cannot whipe out sith coz : 1. no sith- no evil - disbalance. 2. no point of creatin another sw movie lol its so sad that ayala died... she was such a nice girl  and her death was so weird...as far as i know jedi/sith can feel other ppls feelings... so why she didnt feel that time? same with others... _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february. Phantom: The emporers plan, wich was; to have the clone wars so the jedi where on distant random planets so far from their home, having say five hundred thousand clone troopers to every 1 Jedi. The Jedi probably saved those clones countless times. If the jedi where close together in big groups they could've won against the sith but with them so far stretched out, lightyears away with around half a million or more troops, it's inevitable  and Vasper think of what you just said, seems you forgot what Yoda said... "do not underestimate the power of the emporer!, beware of the darkside! strong it is!". If Yoda can't win then surely the lower half members of the council can't, they're not main characters. The sith are more powerful than we can imagine sadly, but there is hope, the chosen one will redeem himself _______________ Free Tibet! Yah, I know Kit Fisto,Eeth Koth, and Saesee Tiin weren't as good as Mace Windu with a Light saber. But really c'mon! Eeth Koth got hit with a lunge my little nephew coulda saw comin, and Saesee Tiin got cut down basicaly when Sidious brought his saber back up. At least Kit got a couple blocks in. Remember, all 3 where Jedi Masters on the council. not sure what u want explained it is your classic goodguy vs badguy. Its like watching the DIe Hards Bruce Willis takes abeating (the jedi) ends up winning the in the end. One thing I noticed that in 5/6 of the movies the Jedi have the advantage and complete their mission but no matter how many times they win they never are able to destroy the sith completely. As oppose to 1/6 of the movies that the Sith become victiorious they manage to destroy the Jedi and send the survioers into exile. Explain. _______________ -Phantom Ex-Master to Threat. no clue but i saw SW III last night and lol what kinda jedi die in 1 move against the emporer. I dont think that dude in RiverDance coulda telegraphed a move any more then he did. I thought it was good but I think i expected to much. Also anytime natalie portman and that Christensen guy gets together it ends up being a case of bad acting. yes very true vasper, the jedi made many mistakes; they got too entangled in a political war, too entangled with power, they are peace keepers not soldiers...wich in episode III they practically are (soldiers). There were mistakes on both sides. But ultimately, he made his own choices. Anakins problem was that he thought being a Jedi put him above everyone else. That he shouldn't have to feel the pain and loss of a normal person. He wanted power, he wanted glory, he wanted recognition, and not just to be a hero but to be KNOWN as a hero. Things a Jedi should not want. I think the council rule on no attatchment is wrong. If Jedi were able to have love and families early on they they could train themselves to resist that emotion, and to understand it. You see how Anakin acts sometimes. The feelin is Alien to him, therefor he doesn't know how to handle it. By seeing the movie it poped in to me that the jedi council alsow has to take blame for Anakin turning Darkside. 1. They put him on the council but do NOT grant him the rank of master. Good job, he was already a little pissed of , now anger him some more. 2.By not giving him some of the important tasks (wich he need to prove himself) they piss him of some more. 3.They ask him to spy on Palpatine wich is in a way a violation to the jedi ways wich he beliefs in, so that makes him distrust the Jedi even more. Just a small point I noticed to show how Palpatine/Sidious was playing Anakin. When talking about Darth Plagius (sry for spelling), he said his aprentice killed him in his sleep after learning how to make life by manipulating the mediclorines. Once Anakin had become Darth Vader he says something like "...together we will discover how to make life...". Anakin....you've been thrown a line and strung along...poor n00b Still think the film was awsome....takes me away from RL for the 2.5 hours.... _______________ "You don't know the power of the dark side....Buurrp!" |

I liked the humor from the battle droids but I didn't like how they changed the voices. Grievous coughs so much it sounded like any moment vomit would pour out from his grill mouth. They cut out some really important scenes like Qui-Gon as a ghost and Yoda, Chewbacca, and Tarrful sneaking to the escape pod. Overall it was great though. The part where you saw the inside of Darth Vader's mask was awesome! _______________ -Aiddat, the Gran with the green blades. Well I havent seen the movie but in the behind the scenes of episode II lucas says that the duel scene between jango fett and mace had to be a quick clean death to show how great a warrior Mace was and I believe he mentions Mace to be the best duelist of all the jedi. So that would mean that he is the best with a saber not necessarily the force but with saber I remember hearing Mace was > all. _______________ What man is a man who does not make the world better.
