I have recently decided to start a new project based around TJA. heres the run down on what it is.
A look beyond (ALB) is based around the tja in many ways such as happenings at trials (not real ones and a side note this project will NOT use any material identical or related to real tja trials) other things including out siders trying to infiltrate the academy to wreak havoc while the staff and guards try to stop them. ALB will use the source engine to render scenes. I will include more to those who join the project. I am looking for the following: - 8 Voice actors (some staff members if possible  )

The map is nearly complete after just 2 days work  . The first map is centered around an appartment building not far from TJA. There are many students who live in the appartment. To most people TJA doesn't exist the only way to find it for the first time is to use the force to find the light side aura that lingers around the area. people who sucessfully find TJA are allowed to join as a student. TJA is a secret society dedicated to teaching young people who are sensitive with the force and teaching them the ways of the jedi so they can do good in the world. |

It is hard to explain but most people i have talked to understand what i am trying to achieve. picture this: A student at the academy starts his trials and fails miserably fine he thinks and returns for the re-trial, he fails yet again and so starts having a row with the staff at the trial. he returns home and tells his friends and family et cetera and starts complaining and sulking. Imagine this all put in a complex scene each triggering some thing else in a chain reaction. The many advantages of the source engine allow us to use lip synopation and many different animations not to mention superior graphics. Theses scenes will played and recorded in games on maps and the recordings will be edited in to a full episode like a soap. As mastzoor said we can't make lightsaber scenes with out the aid of JK3 so i gave it some thought and decided that i will use both JK3 and source to create a most immersive experience. Source with the realism and JK3 with the fighting. To put it short we are making a series of episodes to create a story of characters in a place where TJA is real and not a game. It will be fun to watch the many things happening in and out of the story and we could even create a movie .(like star wars : The jedi academy )so email me or msn me now and i can fill you in more and talk about it. hope that helps.
