Searched the forums, searched Google, tried countless things, yet as soon as I finished the install of SWG, every single time after every attempted solution, it gave me this extremely annoying message after clicking "Star Wars Galaxies"... The Station LaunchPad is unable to connect to the network at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. IE's not offline, there's not even a firewall up. So, I went to sleep. This morning I woke up and it's still not working, so I decided to look again. Now, it says I should be able to connect to "patch.starwarsgalaxies.com:7040" and "bria.starwarsgalaxies.com:43564" I can connect to the first one, but I can't connect to the second one. It says that I probably would have 43564 blocked and to open the corresponding port number. Well, I'm not THAT technical and have no idea how to (  ) but if my firewall's down, would opening the port number really help?Not even sure if allowing this port is even the solution. EDIT: Rawr. Demo helped me with all the naughty ports and stuff, but I still can't connect to bria.starwarsgalaxies.com:43564 BTW, not long ago I reinstalled the game a 2nd time. _______________ slorp This post was edited by Lian Del Rey on Jun 24 2005 04:33pm. |

well i had to turn my antivirus program for a bt then i connected and it works fine now ut i didnt get that message but i had to turn my anti virus off but then after i connected it worked so try that (it still worked when i turned it back on) _______________ (\__/) (O.o ) (> < ) This is Bunny.
