Hey people- I was just wandering if anyone knows a good tutorial on the internet for custom skinning? i can't seem to find one  _______________ Basic m**********r do you speak it? |

Ahh heck i just put the "model.glm" on the desktop, but now it says another error: "Filesystem call made without initialization"  _______________ Basic m**********r do you speak it? |

yeah it is preeeeeeeeeetty long like you said, but its just i dont know how to shorten the path. Well i sortof do but im not really sure. The actuall path is : D:program files/lucasarts/star wars jedi academy/ gamedata/ancient_reborn/models/players/reborn. Any idea how to shorten it guys? you said shortening folder names and i checked them and they are only like "ancient_reborn: and of course the main folders or whatever. I cant really change lucasarts orstar wars jedi academy as they are main. Maybe the whole path is too long. _______________ Basic m**********r do you speak it? I did everything that those tutorials said and i thought i got everytthing right- but my skin don't work. I think its something to do with the "default_skin" files. I have edited it so it fits the name like in the tutorials, but it still does not work. Also, the "model.glm" does not work in modview- it says  dir) "exceeds MAX_QPATH"Anybody have anyidea what that meansssss? or where im going wrong???????????????????????????  ! _______________ Basic m**********r do you speak it? |
