i tried to make some trees in Radiant 13.1.3 . When i acivated the tree-planter i could make some entity "dots" visible in the x/y/z window... but when i came to test it... no trees were there...

There's another method of making an object 'solid' without putting a clip box around it. Can't remember off the top of my head though. Been too long. Virtue might know.

Think some more recent versions of the q3map compiler have an "auto-clip" option for models, but most mappers strongly discourage repeated use of this method. Here's some info on why... http://www.katsbits.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=3;t=22

There is another way, but it's often recommended to use a physics clip brush instead. Raven uses those as well.

You put the system/physics_clip texture around the model :)

Thank you:)...i never thought of that:P.
One more thing... how do i make the models so, that they can't be "walked through"?

They are models, most located in the models/map_objects/yavin directory.
