In EP1 the council had great trouble believing that Anakin was the the chosen one, born of the force, created by the midichlorians. If he truly was wouldn't the council know imediately? They even question the prophecy. That being said, it would appear that Qui-Gonn was the only one who believed the "There was no father" story. So if there was a father who do you think it could have been? Perhaps a drunken Qui-Gonn on leave buying drinks for a slave girl who doesn't remember a thing, wink wink, nudge nudge say no more? _______________ Honor those better than you would yourself. |

In the end you know why the real theory is he was created by the force? because he is the destroyer of the sith. He killed all of them, including himself to end the sith forever. I guess you can call Obi-wan of Qui-gon his father since masters tend to have brotherly/father like relationships wiht their pupils. well anakin was the chosen 1 becuz in the very end (ep 6) he killed papaltine in which destroying the sith and then he went back to the light but he had to have som1 belive that he was rong and luke did that but anakin didnt have a father

He was conceived by the midi-chlorians. That's all. There's a reason the Chosen One prophecy holds certain parallels to the Messiah's. No father - not conceived humanly, thereby being "pure."
