I want to set up a server.  So i configured the .cfg file, but i don't know how to set these://--Advanced Saber // seta g_saberboxtracesize " " // seta g_saberdmgvelocityscale " " // seta g_saberdmgdelay_idle " " // seta g_saberdmgdelay_wound " " // seta g_saberghoul2collision " " // seta g_sabertracesaberfirst " " // seta g_saberalwaysboxtrace " " Hope anyone can help me. |

The majority of the cvars in the game you'll *never* have to set for yourself - the default values are fine, and if messed with can definitely screw things up. If there's a cvar you want to learn about, leave it commented in the config, and then invoke it on the server console, see what the default value is, and see what changes if you change the value. Out of the probably hundreds of cvars available, I only set 40 in my server.cfg, and I could easily do without at least 10 or so of them. _______________ Saving the world, one kilobyte at a time. |
