Recently i have been up to nothing so i have decided to uphold my useless time with learning. My Interest is in MPS right (Mechanized Propulsion System). MPS I have discoverd this extremely interesting mostly b/c its the first thing i started to read. Myomer fibers-They are as strong as a human myofibril, but 30x smaller so you can cram a lot more into a tight space. These protein chains will be mass produced in short increments, and tied togeter inside of large cylinders not unlike a hydraulic system. They will pull alternatly on both sides of the piston with extreme strength, making the piston move in AND out. They will still be paired for extra strength. In other words a Mechnical Muscle or atleast thats what i think there used for. Also i found this most intriguing BattleMech- running at 80 kph that's carrying lasers, ballistics and missiles; any of which can frag a Abram tank in a single shot. The Abrams fires two types of ammo: SABOT and HEAT rounds. At best, the SABOT might punch a hole in the armor the size of a golf ball; the HEAT might burn a smaller hole and singe the internal skeleton, but it would not fail from that minor damage. Please research as much as you want and infom me of things you find interesting. Here are some sites of MPS looking things i find interesting.
