When someone gets the answer right, I will post another. I can't prevent you from doing this, but please be honest and answer without doing any research. If nobody gets a question right after a while, I will declare it alright to research that answer.  Let the games begin... I believe he killed him because Decar was trying to resist him on a routine check up, asking for more independance or money or something, anyway Vader found out they had captured General Veers and some Imperial personel and crushed them as rebel scum or somesuch. It is Shaak Ti, I think the official version is Anakin kills her. The scene with Grievous killing her got cut out and in the cartoon Shaak gets left behind, tied up in Palpatine's bunker. That was a story line that was dropped. In the Clone Wars 2 DVD, Shaak Ti is left tied up by Grevious as he escaped with Palpetine. She was descovered by Mace Windu. In the Clone Wars 1 DVD, she fought Grevious alongside Aalya Secura and Ki Amundi. She and Aalya sustained injury while Ki Amundi was saved by Commando Clone Soldiers. Both of the above instances, Shaak Ti lost her lightsaber. The only other person to have fought Grevious and survived was Ki Amundi, but that was only once. Everyone else was killed by him.
