When someone gets the answer right, I will post another. I can't prevent you from doing this, but please be honest and answer without doing any research. If nobody gets a question right after a while, I will declare it alright to research that answer.  Let the games begin... I know he helped Mace with Vaapad, but that he couldn't control it and that it turned him to the Dark Side. He was turned by Count Dooku after he fought him and Master Tholme, don't know why it went so easily tho.. |

Arguing over the creation of the Death Star is pointless, because Lucas turned the EU possiblity on its head. In the EU Tarkin created the Maw installation in secret and the prototype death star was constructed there. He then began having the original Death Star at Despayre. He took the Chief Engineer in the design with him, Bevel Lemelisk. He left some of the other who worked with lemelisk on the design at the Maw to continue creating super weapons. The Emperor found out about Tarkin's creation and Tarkin had to say it was for the Emperor's use or else he'd be as good as dead. Not sure about that one, although i read somewhere that the Wookiee's were in Yoda's debt as he helped them in a battle against slavers, perhaps there was a battle between the Wooks and Trandoshan slavers, and/or trade federation forces? Sandcrawlers were mining vehicles, but since Tatooine ore was no good, they kept being abandoned. Jawas took them over. I think the Sun Crusher got launched into a star or something. The Death Star, well the Geonosians had an idea for it, and I think Raith Sienar had an idea for it, and Wilhuff Tarkin liked it... I think it was Raith.
