I've met the vast majority of the Manchester United football team and their wives when working in a hotel last year. I knew they were in Cardiff for the final of the FA cup, and I swapped shifts with a guy who doesnt like football so I could work in the executive bar for the after game party. Was funny watching Wayne Rooney etc dancing. My Uncle used to live practically down the road from the Beckhams....been behind them in a well known supermarket queue!!! OMG! Oh...btw...without Beckham...England wont win the World Cup..... Mika Häkkinen also has lived his whole life in the town of Martinlaakso, where I have also lived all my life. Of course now Mika lives in Monaco. But The house he used to live in still stands just 400 meters from our house. I can see it through our kitchen window. I believe his sister lives there at the moment or something.  I have met loads of other celebrities too, mostly racing drivers from all different racing styles. Marcus Grönholm, Jean Alesi, Keke Rosberg, Nico Rosberg, Mark Blundell, Bern Schneider, JJ Lehto, Mika Salo, the list goes on.. Anyways, I doubt you will recognize any names unless you're a racing fan of some sort. I won't bore you with the details, but I have met the following people; Liam Neeson Ewan McGregor Tom Cruise Katie Holmes Gary Oldman Bob Hoskins Micheal Caine I'm sure I've met more, but those are the only ones I can think of right now. I should probably go into a bit more detail with some of them, it was hilarious when I met Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Not much else for celebrities, although I am closely related to the famous poet Ted Hughes... um um looked in the mirror and bang there i was Edit: Okay, maybe not. But I have met and had in-depth conversations with Omar Rodriguez and Cedric Bixler, of The Mars Volta. They were members of At the Drive-In at the time, and were playing at one of the biggest Australian music festivals, the Big Day Out. Was basically talking about how they started and El Paso. Well, I got a phone call from Billy Dee Williams! He was at Huntsville, Alabama for a movie, nothing big. My friend, who is quite rich, found out that he was in Huntsville and met him. My friend invited Mr. Williams for dinner. During dinner, my loyal friend mentioned that I was the biggest SW fan he knew.
