It came to my attention that LAMM, Look at my Monkey clan is officially dead. ALthough LAMM has a bad reputation theese days, some of the older JA-members may remeber the glorious days it started to form here in the academy. Me myself was a proud helper in building it up and it was sad to see it going down. However I would like to thank you guys who gave me happy hours and were for me a kind of second home. Guys: It was GREAT! LOOK AT MY MONKEY! Edit: LAMM reunited with a new concept. Hehe nice bump Ramp. Well it's a big shame yeah but LAMM isn't really around anymore. JK2 got old and JK3 was absolutely no replacement. But most people are still calling themselves monkeys and quite some of them might just check the JA out once in a while still. Some of them don't but you can see the big connection LAMM had with the JA (mainly because it was founded in the JA). The list (the oldbies around might remember some of em):Manto The biggest monkey... Aeth Andon Damage Emperor (damn can't find his ID, it sure is here somewhere) Xavier Muffin Man Xanatos Monkeyman (Zapadia) Waima Cyb Ashley (Rei) Revenger Pete (Deadlock) Downdead Falcon And a bit less oldbie also: Badbob (KitMitsu) Eddyon Kai That is just a quick selection of the people I could find their profile from. Btw people like Jumping Jedi, Exar Kun and even Lightning Rod have been in LAMM, but only for short. And quite some will remember J-Wolf too. Hey Aeth I'm glad you allso have something positive to mention about lamm ... and yes, we are back.. the lamm clan itself stays small with great ppl and without ranks n stuff, but to have enough ppl to be around with and for a server we made a community called the lords of war... hmm.. allso cool to hear so many ppl here know about lamm but I'll not go explaining here exactly what lamm and low are doing n stuff as I g2g now lol... Btw, i have to take my word back. The new thing of them turns out to be quite interesting. No ranks (no power abuse) and stuff like that. Maybe I was a bit too harsh? Interesting, although I never was in to the whole clan thuing, this histories of merges and falling of clans are very interesting. Spetially the JA based ones. Could you guys send me a beaf history of the JA based clans. I would like to compile it all on a single document. Sad (and long) story Bubu. By the time, after LAMM left the JA it slowly became a 08/15 standard clan. Abuse of power, boredom, power struggles... that kind of stuff. Me myself steped down from my leading positions very soon, I think in July or June. I sticked with the clan though but it completly changed. People were only fixed on their personal glory and power, not everyones fun. Mass recruitements brught some bad guys in it without the JA disciplin and the clan just decayed. The death blow was a (imo) crazy and incompetent leader who just shouted in big red letters at the forum, not knowing what was really going on and generally doing terror. Sorry, he was an idiot. Well, I've left, some time later clan went down. Heared their restarting though, but I dont have much hope in them. The clan McPlenus merged with Ti, both academy based clans, and TI is now 'paused'. The problem with jedi knight 2 is that they're no leagues, it's not a very popular game anymore.
