Just downloaded ad-aware after following DJ's link(thanks

) and thought it might be a good idea if we shared our knowledge on other cool diagnostic programs and other useful stuff.

msconfig is awesome, but i think it's only on W98 & ME if I'm not mistaken.

start -> run -> type in "msconfig"

Thats one of the better system managers I know of.

edit: heres a good site to test bandwidth and do various things lke make sure your naughty ports arent open:
