Imo, capital punishment isn't quite punishment enough. In a general studies lesson at school, we had an open debate about whether it should be re-instated in the uk. Eventually we came to the conclusion that people like this should be submitted to product testing that would normally be performed on animals. I hate these type of story's because I can't describe the emotions that I feel hearing about these, well I was going to call them animal's but that's an insult to animal's, they don't stoop to the level that these degenerate scum slink to.
