They were not the same because kadaj had his own will, personality and abilities before he merged with the jenova cells. Once he did that, he submitted himself completly to sephs will, who was able to manifest himself directly once again. However, it is actually true that kadaj was partially seph from the very beginning, since hes actually the physical manifestation of sephs will through contaminated spirit energy etc. Hm... /me shrugs Anyways, my point: Seph =! I wouldnt really waste my money on the inferior US version, unless the DVD is featuring the original japanese audio-stream alongside the new american one of course. Oh and uhm, why did you put seph and kadaj on the same slot in your poll?
