I don't think it's possible. I wanted to bind a key to /amwave2 (waving "hello" emote) and say "Howdy!" but it didn't work.

I wondered that before, whether you could have your +taunt bound to a key, and then also have a bound phrase as well.
Example, hit button x and character laughs and text comes up "Ha ha ha" I spent quite a while trying to research this, posting on the JKII.net editing forums. As far as I know this isn't possible unless you use some sort of script. I'd like to help with the console section. I am a heavy user with the quake 3 engine.
The demo command : 1) g_synchronousclients 1 <--- This syncs the video. 2) record DEMONAME <--- Demoname = The Name of your demo, this starts recording. 3) stoprecord <--- this stops the demo. 4) playdemo DEMONAME <--- Demoname= name of demo, this command plays the specified demo. Cyb- Don't be down on yourself. Check with B-Billy and look at his current console text. Compare it with what you've seen in this thread, and see if something's been missed. Don't assume everything is written down already...it's very possible you may know something the others have overlooked!

/cg_draw2D 1/0 toggeles all hud information... dunno difference between cg_hudfiles though
/set name X allows you to use spaces in the name. so you dont have to do: aeth_s'kray but can bind aeth s'kray. pretty cool. /devmap MAPNAME opens a map with cheats enabled deactivate saber - hit saber key twice (ignite and close very fast) then: /THEDESTROYER gives you a double blade. only in cheat servers though. /g_alloweatingpie 1 enables a cool feature... hey! what are you looking at me like that! _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |

/bind X name "MR_Person" (binds name changeto a key)
/cg_fpls 0/1 (switches you to sort of first person) There was one for fastsky, but can't remember it /cg_drawfps 1/0 (think thats right, shows frames per second) /seta com_maxfps 300 (sets the maximum frames per second, default is 90) /cg_hudfiles 1/0 (toggles the heads up display on and off) /aminfo (since the project is academy related I spose the emotes should be listed and explained) /quit (quits game to desktop) /connect (connects to an ip) /cg_drawgun 1/0 (makes your weapon models dissapear) /cg_drawcrosshair 1/0 (toggles crosshair) /cg_gibs 1/0 (adds more 'chunks' when you hit someone, not to be confused with dismemberment) /cg_fov 80-120 (changes your view perspective, defualt is 80, not recommended to change out of specified values) Thats all I can think of, or have close at hand, although I know for a fact that there are loads more important ones out there. _______________ Apprenctice of Jedi Master Ascari (deceased) Descended from a line of great Jedi Will argue any point of view from any side

Yipeeeee! My own thread!!!
Here's where I'm at: I haven't had a whole lot of time to work on my section, but it's slowly but surely coming along. I added a few more things to the 1st copy I sent to everyone and neatened it up a bit (Huxes Photo101 class helped a lot). I also added a couple of introductory paragraphs to kinda explain a few things. There's still a few things I need to research and try out for myself. Other than that, it's rolling along! Anyone that has some console commands or useful key binds that they think should be added please post 'em right here! Or you can e-mail them to me or post on my profile, whichever is easier for you. videopongman@yahoo.com BTW - The toilet paper I use isn't scented until I use it!!!
