Creating a bind script | |
Starnos - Student |
I'm not entirely sure this is where i'm supposed to post this, but I need some help creating a script for binds, because everytime I go to a jedi academy server to a JA+ server, I lose ALL my binds on both servers. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. _______________ Got r00t? |

You can also copy the game .cfg file and edit the binds out of the game. When RPGing w/ lugormod-T2, I like to bind stuff like this: bind 1 "place misc_turretG2 0 spawnflags,3080,targetname,t1,health,999999,dmg,99999". heh, it gets the job done. Also if you want some home-made notes do this: Make a file named echo.cfg open it and type: Echo "Your text goes here". I do suggest having the "" if you are making multiple notes. -TheDestroyer |

When you get onto the server, set all of your binds and stuff, then type /writeconfig starnos.cfg. That will save a configuration file containing all of your settings and binds that the game will not touch at all. When you need all of your binds back, just type /exec starnos.cfg and it'll all be as good as new. This comment was edited by Setementor on May 20 2006 11:03pm. |
