i'm having a problem with my binds:
every now and then they seem to reset and i have to rebind parts of it again. I know it is not a different mod (i'm always on the same server which does not change) so it must be my game or computer ![]() anyone can help me? _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |

Just in case you didn't know, or it comes up later: You can read & edit your .cfg file with notepad, just remember to save it with the proper file extension. _______________ Death is only the beginning. |

ah, i found the command. it is:
"writeconfig filename.cfg" without quotes for example "writeconfig myconfigs.cgf" if you want to reset your binds or make sure Jk2 saved the changes you just copy/paste from one to the other _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 This comment was edited by Aeth S'kray on Jan 02 2003 12:27pm. |

You can save these binds in a file: that way you don't have to rebind everything all the time ![]() _______________ -Retired april the 19th 2004 |

I do beleive it's a bug in the game... Basicly what happens is that you change your binds, but jk_mpconfig.cfg doesn't save them... I know there is a command to do exactly that... something like
saveconfig.... _______________ Bringing newbies closer to perfection since 1998. |

I've had that happen a time or two. I'd like to know why as well. _______________ Death is only the beginning. |
