They got found out, were investigated, people resigned from the football clubs in disgrace, and 3 of the four teams investigated were relegated to a lower division in the Italian Football League. Good to see them getting punished in my opinion. I doubt they will lose all of their players, that was largely a fear when it was suggested some were to be relegated to Serie C. However i am sure many will jump ship, and it will greatly affect the situation in the Italian league (Just imagine if Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea were relegated in the English league! Oh if only that would happen ) Interesting that AC Milan only got removed from the champions league and a -15 point deduction next season, wonder what the others did that was worse?
