God: Mass-murderer? | |

God saves man from plane crash, lets everybody else die. From the reader comments section: Quote: God was there! His heart was breaking for the passengers who opted out of making Him the Lord of their lives. How do we know they rejected God? Because they died! (For the record, I believe in God. I just weary of this kind of "Christian" sentiment from people whose only means of dealing with tragedy is to rationalize that the victims must have deserved it.) _______________ My signature is only one line. It's always a strange situation. I don't really think it's a question we're "qualified" to answer. I'd tend to agree with you JG. If you're going to take Christianity and the Bible as-is, then we all (Christians and non-Christians) "deserve" to die. Sometimes it just seems some people are "saved" from tragedy, and others aren't. Who knows why. Meh, sorry for being so serious in a Crazy Forum thread. _______________ Website This comment was edited by JamesF1 on Sep 05 2006 04:36pm. |
