Aye, very nice find with that calculator there, though I do with they had some more updated hardware on there, I had to do some fuzzy math to factor in the second video card.

In any case, my current case was a pick-up at Fry's for $40 on a limited budget, and now I'm suffering for it due to the crappy power supply. That and having a fairly flimsy case. Now that I'm able to get something nice, I'm looking at my options.

Lian-Li or ANTEC.

Choose one suitable for your needs (which is why I won't link any, although newegg do have a decent range)

You want to choose one with enough drive bays for all your current drives, both 3.5 and 5.25, and spare space for upgrades. Get the biggest you can afford/have space for.

Steel vs aluminium, aluminium is cooler and lighter, but also more expensive. Steel cases are perfectly acceptable if your budget does't stretch far enough.

For PSU, use a PSU calculator and go at least 1 step up from what you need. More power == good. You may well need the extra wattage later on, and a good PSU can easily be moved between cases. Try to get one with removable cables.

Hey, nice find with that psu calculator. Hopefully whoever made it will add in some more modern graphics cards though, mine wasn't on there.
Never mind though, still worth checking it out Sared.

Antec 500W
Antec 430W
Antec 350W
They look reasonably priced, take your pick.
(Though I do admit it is confusing how the first two have the same pricetag)

As for cases, this one caught my eye. Reviews paint a bad picture of it, but I still think it looks sweet.

Also, make sure you get a PSU that's a decent way above what you need it for now - giving you space for upgrading later.

Take a look at this Power Supply Calculator if you don't fancy figuring it all out yourself.

Always leave space for expansion/upgrade :)

What he said.
Concerning cases, the only limit to what you should be buying is based on size and potential fanspace.
Bigger case = better airflow = better cooling.
Mine, for example, is 45cm x 20cm x 50cm.
I have four 80mm fans, my cpu core temp peaks at 32degrees on a hot day.
You can't go wrong with a case to be honest, most cases these days have sufficient space for your average system, just pick whatever you like the look of.

If your fancy looking case happens to come with a psu, fair enough, but I'd recommend you find yourself a replacement asap. Don't shop for psus by price, only by brand and output.
Kensei's advice concerning brands is all you need to know in the brands department.

Antec power supplies FTW, kthx.

No, seriously, get an Antec or an Enermax PSU, they are the best brands you will find retailing for a half-decent price. They're reliable and good quality overall.

As for cases, get whatever tickles your fancy.
