well the thing i had in mind is probably the discrimination 
why I as a PC user cant enjoy the same shit as any console user? the answer is hidden in money ofcourse. im not only talking about wii controller etc, but about games too. well actually nvm... this goes from a whiner who cant be bothered to buy a new console every year. _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february. Just kidding i know what you meant. I think. Hmm well i'm not so sure, PC's generally tend not to appeal to younger audiences, and some older audiences (who could never grasp the whole 'internet' thing for a start), i'm not saying the same older folk wouldn't find the Wii just as hard but it would certainly appeal to more of the younger generation. Worldwide, hmm the PC will of course be more popular than any console ever could, but that just brings up the main point: A Personal Computer is not the same as a video games console (home entertainment system etc.), at least not in the traditional sense, which in some ways Nintendo is sticking to with the Wii; because while the Wii is 'revolutionary' so to speak, it is also a much more old skool system than say the X-box 360, mainly because it dosn't try to take on the PC's market, at least not primarily. um if i had to do the saber swinging motion in jk3, after the hours upon hours in the game i've played? yeah i'd probably work up a sweat too. just like using any other controller. Uhm not really... You realise how the Wii controller differs to all the other controllers that exist right? Its kinda one of the main selling points of the console
Basically Darthmike is pointing out that sitting at your desk waving your arms about, twizling a nun-chuck etc. would look weirder than say holding a control pad in two hands and pressing the buttons, and a hell of a lot weirder than using the classic keyboard/mouse system.
