Hope there isn't already a thread about this... has anyone else been watching this show? Just watched the first 11 episodes and I think it's freaken awesome; plot, characters, super powers - all of it. I'm hearing Season 1 continues this Monday. wow that freeze effect was impressive.

did they say what was the problem? Shows in America will sometimes skip a week, the networks use it to bulk out their schedules or something. They usually just play a re-run or replace it with something else in a one off for that week. Some shows (like Scrubs) have gaps of several weeks in a season for no real reason other than this. The last few episodes have been an improvement in my opinion, hopefully this is the start of a trend.
I guess the big deal with Sylar meeting his father was that he now has some answers about his past and has gotten some of hid 'daddy issues' out of the way. His dad's idea to aim higher than he has been also seems to have given him the idea to go see Danko. At this point Sylar could either want to destroy the hunters or help them round people up so he can get all their powers in one place for a big feast. i think that some situation might require 'two sylars'. maybe one will be temporaly disabled or something. so his father will come to play with all that 'challenge thing'. after that he will get pwnt by no one else, but... sylar himself again

If he does come back though, Im not sure how that would work, because it would essentially be 2 sylar's.. Does that mean Sylar would fill Peter's role (because lets face it at the moment pete sucks) and then john glover would replace Sylar?? I hope not, like a said i hated arthur petrelli as it was. Lol, Although John Glover isnt a massive actor, i think he's too high profile to be in just one episode, maybe he wont be in the next few, but i have a feeling when the agents finally round him up he'll magically get a power similar's to Claire's. i dont really understand whats the point of Sylar's Father tbh.
Sylar found him... now what? John Glover (Sylar's dad) was painfully predictable, although I was pleased to see that Sylar pretty much took him out without much effort. I think the last thing the show needs is Arthur Petrelli MKII. I hope he knocks off the Hunter now aswell, and finally Nathan isn't being a super TIT! BTW, did anyone keep track of how many times Nathan changed his mind concerning his "destiny". I haven't really kept up, but I was also wondering if Peter has finally come out and said "bogus dude!" or "excellent!" Lol. No Xorb, I think we are all waiting for that. Nathan is just a douche who wants to be remembered. He's definately jealous of Peter (especially before when Peter was AWESOME) and probably will be, because all Peter has wanted to do was save people. Sylar is awesome,and I think there is definately a few twists from him to come, I think John Glover (Sylar's dad, Lex's dad from Smallville) will almost definately have a power, although im not sure what it'll be. I really hope he's not like a Arthur Petrelli mkII, because when Arthur was in the series it got WAAAAYYYY to stupid.(More so than usual anyway).
